| 摘 要： | 观察针刺对视神经萎缩的疗效和对视觉电生理的影响。比较３６例视神经萎缩患者针刺治疗前后的视力和闪光视觉诱发电位。６３只眼中视力进步４６只眼；闪光视觉诱发电位平均波幅增高。针刺可用于治疗视神经萎缩。

| Abstract: | To observe the effects of acupuncture in treatment of patients withoptic atrophy and the change of their electrophysiology. METHODS: Thirty six patients (63 eyes) with optic atrophy were treated with acupuncture. The acuity and flash visual evoked Potential(FVEP) before and after treatment were compared. RESULTS: The visual acuity of fouty-six eyes(73.0%) of 63 eyes was improved. The average amplitude of FVEP increased (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: Acupuncture can be used in treatment of optic atrophy. |
