丹参对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者脂质过氧化物及超氧化物歧化酶的影响

摘    要:目的观察丹参对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血浆脂质过氧化物(lipidperoxids,LPO)含量和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性的影响。方法:应用丹参对37例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者进行治疗,测定治疗前后患者血浆LPO含量及红细胞SOD活性。35例健康人作对照。结果:糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血浆LPO含量明显高于健康人(P<001),红细胞SOD活性明显低于健康人(P<001)。用丹参治疗后患者血浆LOP含量明显降低(P<001),红细胞SOD活性明显升高(P<001)。结论:丹参能有效地降低糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血浆LPO含量,升高红细胞SOD活性。

Abstract:s OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on lipidperoxide (LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) of the patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR) METHODS: Thirty-seven patients with DR were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza and the level of plasma LPO and the activity of erythrocyte SOD were measured before and after the treatment Thirty-five heathy persons were used as a control group RESULTS: The plasma LPO level in the patients with DR was much higher than in the control group( P <0 01) and the erythrocyte SOD activity was significantly lower than the control group( P <0 01) before treatment After treatment with salvia miltiorrhiza, the LPO level was decreased and the SOD activity was increased significantly in the patients with RD( P <0 01) CONCLUSIONS: Salvia miltiorrhiza can decrease the plasma LPO level and increase the erythrocyte SOD activity in patient with DR
