川椒方和奥洛他定滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效观察

目的研究比较川椒方和奥洛他定滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效。方法将102例过敏性结膜炎患者（包括季节性和春季卡他性），随机分为2组。治疗组口服川椒方，每日1剂：对照组予奥洛他定滴眼液点眼，每日2次。分别于治疗前、治疗后1周、2周、4周随防，评估眼部症状、体征及眼外过敏症状（鼻部症状）。结果基线情况：2组一般情况及治疗前病情程度比较均无明显差异（P〉0．05）。组内比较：2组治疗后眼部症状、体征评分随时间呈下降趋势，比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），2组均可改善眼部症状、体征。组间比较：治疗1周后，2组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗2周、4周后，治疗组眼部总体改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。2组总疗效比较，治疗后1周、2周、4周比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组眼外过敏症（鼻部症状）比较，治疗组鼻部症状评分随时间呈下降趋势，经比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组差异不明显（P〉0．05）。治疗后各随防时点，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组可明显改善鼻部过敏症状。结论川椒方治疗过敏性结膜炎安全、有效，疗效优于奥洛他定滴眼液：川椒方可有效缓解过敏性结膜炎伴发的过敏性鼻炎症状。

Efficacy of Chuanjiao Decoction and Olopatadine eye

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Chuanjiao Decoction and Olopatadine eye drops in treating allergic conjunctivitis. METHODS One hundred and two patients with allergic conjunctivitis, including seasonal allergic conjunctivitis and vernal conjunctivitis, were randomly divided into two groups in the study. Patients in treatment group were administrated by Chuanjiao Decoction while those in the control group were given Olopatadine eye drops four times a day. The symptoms and signs were evaluated before and after the treatment at lw, 2w and 4w. RESULTS The baseline： There was no difference between the two groups in general, and the symptoms and signs （P 〉0.05）.Comparison of both groups： The eye symptoms and signs were improved significantly after treatment, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Between the two groups： After two weeks and four weeks, the overall improvement of eye in Chanjiao Decoction group was significantly better than that of Olopatadine group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, while there was no significant difference after one week （P〉0.05）. As to the overall efficacy of eye, there was significant difference between the two groups in different times （P〈0.05）, and the Chuanjiao Decoction group was better than that of Olopatadine group. The score for nose symptoms in Chuanjiao Decoction group was significantly decreased after treatment compared with baseline, the difference was significant （all P〈0.05）, otherwise, there was no significant difference in Olopatadine group. The improvement of nose symptoms in Chuanjiao Decoction group was significantly better than that of Olopatadine group （all P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Chuanjiao Decoction was an effective and safety drug in treatment of allergic conjunctivitis （SAC and VKC ）, better than Olopatadine eye drops; Chuanjiao Decoction could effectively relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis associated with allergic conjunctivitis.
