眼血散方及其拆方对兔PVR玻璃体中IL-1β浓度的影响

目的观察比较以祛瘀化痰法组方的眼血散方及其拆方对兔眼积血的玻璃体中IL-1β的影响,探讨眼血散方防治玻璃体积血所致PVR的作用及其机理。方法用兔自体血注入玻璃体造成兔双眼玻璃体积血模型,设空白对照组、模型组、眼血散全方（祛瘀化痰）治疗组、眼血散拆方祛瘀治疗组及拆方化痰治疗组,6周后,观察玻璃体积血情况,检测玻璃体中白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）的含量。结果祛瘀化痰组及祛瘀组、化痰组与模型组比较,玻璃体积血均明显减轻,IL-1β含量亦明显降低,尤以眼血散全方组效果显著。结论眼血散全方及其拆方均能有效清除兔眼玻璃体积血,降低玻璃体中IL-1β的浓度,对PVR的形成和发展具有抑制作用,而眼血散全方组比拆方组效果更好。

Effect of Yan xue powder and each component on levels of IL - β in the vitreous of rabbit PVR eyes

OBJECTIVE To observe and compare Yanxue powder Ⅰ（removing blood Stasis and resolving phlegm）group,Yanxue powder Ⅱ（removing blood stasis）group,Yanxue powder Ⅲ（resolving phlegm）group and find out the effect each group did on levels of IL-β in the PVR vitreous caused by vitreous hemorrhage.To discuss the mechanism of prevention and cure of Yanxue powder in PVR caused by vitreous hemorrhage.METHODS Vitreous hemorrhage was gotten by injection of self blood into each vitreous of albino rabbit.And we got control group,model group,Yanxue powder Ⅰ group,Yanxue powder Ⅱ group,and Yanxue powder Ⅲ group.Six weeks later,we observed the hemorrhage in vitreous,measured the levels of IL-β in vitreous.RESULTS Compared with the model group,all the treatment groups had efficacy in absorbing the vitreous hemorrhage and reducing the levels of IL-β.Among the treatment groups the Yanxue powder Ⅰ group played the best.CONCLUSIONS Yanxue powder Ⅰ,Yanxue powder Ⅱ and Yanxue powder Ⅲ had the efficacy in absorbing the vitreous hemorrhage and reducing the levels of IL-1β in the vitreous,and they could prevent the existing and developing of PVR.The Yanxue powder Ⅰ played the best.
