葡萄膜炎患者中医证型与免疫功能关系的临床分析

探讨葡萄膜炎患者的中医证型与免疫功能的关系。对３３例葡萄膜炎患患者进行辩证分型及免疫功能检查，并与正常对照组比较。葡萄膜炎患者的血清ＩｇＥ及补体Ｃ３水平均高于对照组，肝胆湿热型患者的血清ＩｇＥ明显高于阴虚型患者。

A clinical analysis on the relationship between syndrome types of TCM and functions of immunesystem in patients with uveitis

OBJECTIVES:To investigate the relationship between syndrome types of TCM and the functions of the immune system of the patients with uveitis.METHODS:Thirty three pa-tients with uveitis were divided into different types according to syndrome differentiation and theirimmune functions were examined and compared with those of health control group. RESULTS:The levels of blood lgE and complement C_3 of patients with uveitis were higher than those of thecontrol group.The levels of blood IgE of the patients with syndrome of wetness-heat of liver and gallbladder are obviously higher than those of the patients with the syndrome of yin-deficiency.CONCLUSION:There exists a close correlation between TCM syndrome types and the functionsof the immune system of the patients with uveitis.The immunological test can provide an objectiveindex for the classiflcation for the syndrome defferentiation and typing and thus benefits clinicaltreatment and result evaluation.
