| 摘 要： | 目的初步评价密蒙花方改善非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)视功能的有效性。方法采用随机对照临床试验研究方法,门诊收集66例DR患者,试验组(密蒙花组)33例,对照组(羟苯磺酸钙)33例,疗程3个月。治疗前及疗程结束检测视力、视野,同时检测肝肾功能等安全性指标。结果试验组治疗后与治疗前比较,视力、视野差异均有统计学意义(视力:t=6.707,P=0.0000.05,视野:t=4.322,P=0.0000.05);对照组治疗后视力与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.752,P=0.0860.05),视野与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.074,P=0.0430.05)。治疗过程中未发现肝肾功能损害。结论中药密蒙花方改善非增殖期DR视功能有效安全,疗效优于对照组。
