中医疗法防治青光眼视神经损害的临床观察

目的探讨中医辨证治疗对眼压已控制的开角型青光眼及慢性闭角型青光眼的视神经保护作用。方法回顾分析我院1997年—2010年门诊及住院的眼压控制的开角型青光眼及慢性闭角型青光眼患者83例(164只眼),分为中医治疗组及西医对照组。中医治疗组49人(97只眼),眼压控制稳定,予服用中药。西医对照组34人(67只眼),眼压控制稳定,未使用中药。均治疗观察3个月,以视野、视力为指标比较2组疗效。结果 1.视野:中医治疗组中好转18只眼,稳定75只眼,恶化4只眼。西医对照组好转3只眼,稳定51只眼,恶化13只眼。2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2.视力:中医治疗组好转10只眼,稳定84只眼,恶化3只眼。西医对照组好转6只眼,稳定55只眼,恶化6只眼,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用中医药辨证论治对眼压已控制的青光眼患者进行干预治疗,较单纯西药组治疗具有更好的疗效。

Clinical observation on TCM treatment in preventing and treating glaucomatous optic neuropathy

OBJECTIVE To explore the protective effect of TCM treatment on open-angle glaucoma and chronic angle-closure glaucoma patients whose intraocular pressure had been controlled.METHODS From 1997-2010 in our hospital,83（164 eyes） open-angle glaucoma and chronic angle-closure glaucoma cases whose IOP had been controlled were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group.Forty-nine patients（97 eyes） in TCM treatment group were given Chinese medicine,while 34 patients（67 eyes） in western medicine control group were only given western medicine.The two treatment groups were observed for 3 months,comparing the visual acuity and visual field.RESULTS 1.Visual field： in the TCM treatment group： 18 eyes were improved,75 eyes stable and 4 eyes worsened.In the western medicine control group： 3 eyes were improved,51 eyes stable and 13 eyes worsened.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.2.visual acuity： 10 eyes were improved,84 eyes stable and 3 eye worsened in TCM treatment group.Six eyes were improved,55 eyes stable and 6 eyes worsened in western medicine control group.The difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS TCM was more effective than western medicine only on glaucoma patients whose IOP had been controlled.
