复方丹参注射液抑制角膜碱烧伤后新生血管形成的实验研究

摘    要:对制成标准兔角膜碱烧伤的模型,于伤后24小时开始从耳缘静脉长期大量推注复方丹参注射液,共观察2个月,经裂隙灯照像、计算机图像处理,结果显示,疗效差异有显著性。治疗组管翳面积显著少于对照组,组织学检查结果显示治疗组血管翳密度与分化程度均低于对照组,提示复方丹参注射液具有抑制角膜烧伤后新生血管生长的作用。

Abstract:An animal model of alkali burned cornea was made on rabbit.Twenty four hours af-ter burn,a large dose of salvia compound injunction was injected continuously into the vein ofear-limb.The cornea was photographed with slit-lamp and the images were proeessed by comput. er.Observations during two months showed that the areas of corneal neovascularization in thetreated group were signiflcantly smaller than those inthe control group.Histological examinationshowed that the density and the degree of the differentiation of corneal neovasculariZation were al-so decreased.The resuIts suggested that the salvia compound injunction can inhibit the growth ofcorneal neovascularization after alkali burn.
