中医综合治疗视神经萎缩临床疗效观察

目的观察中医综合治疗视神经萎缩的疗效。方法将纳入的视神经萎缩患者66例95眼,随机分为中医综合治疗组（34例52眼）和西医治疗组（32例43眼）。中医综合治疗组予口服中药汤剂、针刺及穴位注射复方樟柳碱注射液,并予肌注甲钴胺和静脉滴注舒血宁注射液治疗;西医治疗组仅予肌注或口服甲钴胺、维生素B1。连续治疗15天,比较2组视力、视野平均敏感度、P-VEP及症状改善情况,并随访1个月。结果中医综合治疗组总有效率76.47%,西医治疗组总有效率28.13%,二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;中医综合治疗组视野平均敏感度、P-VEP及症状改善情况也好于西医治疗组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论中医综合治疗对视神经萎缩疗效较好,可以有效地改善视功能,提高视神经萎缩患者生活质量。

Clinical efficacy of combined TCM treatment on optic nerve atrophy

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of combined treatment on optic atrophy.METHODS Sixty-six optic atrophy patients（I95 eyes）were randomly divided into combined TCM treatment group with 34 patients（52 eyes）and western medicine treatment group with 32 patients（43 eyes）.Combined TCM treatment group was given herbal decoction,acupuncture,intravenous injection of proprietary Chinese medicines microcirculation,acu-point injection,oral methycobal;western medicine group was given oral or muscular injection of methycobal and vitamin B1.Fifteen days later visual acuity,mean sensitivity of visual field,P-VEP as well as symptoms improvement were compared.RESULTS The effective rate for combined TCM treatment group was 76.47% while the western medicine group was 28.13%.The difference between the two groups was significant（P0.01）.The visual acuity,mean sensitivity of visual field,P-VEP as well as symptoms improvement were better than that of western medicine treatment group and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01 or P0.05）.ONCLUSIONS The effect of combined TCM treatment for optic atrophy was positive.The therapy could effectively regain visual function therefore improve the life quality of the optic atrophy patients.
