摘    要:目的:比较乳腺增生病患者双侧期门穴与非穴位对照点体表红外辐射光谱的差异。方法:采用高灵敏度PHE201体表红外光谱仪,检测68名乳腺增生病患者左、右期门穴与非穴位对照点体表1.5~16μm波段的红外辐射光谱。结果:乳腺增生病患者左期门穴在检测的59个波长点中有49个点(3.50、4.00、4.50~16.00μm)红外辐射强度明显高于与非穴对照点(P<0.05);右期门穴在检测的59个波长检测点中有48个点(1.75、3.50、4.00、4.50~6.50、7.00、7.50~16.00μm)红外辐射强度明显高于与非穴对照点(P<0.05)。结论:期门穴红外辐射强度增高,一定程度上反映了乳腺增生病肝气郁滞的病理本质。

Abstract:Objectives: To compare the body surface infrared radiation spectrum of left and right point LR14 with non-acupoint of patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland.Methods:A high sensitivity PHE201 body surface infrared spectrograph was used to detect 1.5~16μm infrared radiation spectrum of left and right point LR14 and non-acupoint of 68 patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland.Result: The infrared radiation intensity of left point LR14 is higher than the non-acupoint,there are significant differences in 49 wavelengths(3.50、4.00、4.50~16.00μm)among 59 detected wavelengths(P<0.05);The infrared radiation intensity of right point LR14 is also higher than the non-acupoint,there are significant differences in 48 wavelengths(1.75、3.50、4.00、4.50~6.50、7.00、7.50~16.00μm)among 59 detected wavelengths(P<0.05).Conclusion: To a certain extent,the increasing of the infrared radiation intensity of point LR14 reflects that liver qi stagnation is the pathological essence of hyperplasia of mammary gland.
