丹参注射液对ICU失血性休克患者的疗效及凝血功能的影响

目的:探讨丹参注射液对ICU失血性休克患者的疗效以及凝血功能的影响。方法:选择2011年1月—2013年12月我院ICU病房收治的失血性休克患者72例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组42例、对照组30例,对照组仅采取液体复苏方案进行治疗,观察组患者在采取液体复苏方案治疗的基础上加用丹参注射液,比较两组患者中医症状改善时间以及治疗前后凝血指标。结果:观察组患者神志、四肢厥冷、汗出以及脉象的改善时间均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者各凝血指标之间不存在差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各凝血指标均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后与治疗前比较,除观察组PT不具有差异外(P>0.05),其余指标均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液辅助抢救失血性休克患者,能够显著改善患者的中医临床症状,同时改善患者的凝血功能,值得临床推广运用。

Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection in Patients with Hemorrhagic Shock and Coagulation Function of ICU

Objective：To explore the effect of Danshen Injection on patients with hemorrhagic shock of ICU and coagulation function. Methods：In January 2011-December 2013,72 cases of ICU patients with hemorrhagic shock were randomly divided into the observation group（42 cases）and the control group （30 cases ）. The control group only took fluid resuscitation treatment and the observation group took Danshen injection. We compared the clinical symptoms improvement before and after treatment and the coagulation time. Results ：In the observation group,the patients＇ consciousness, cold limbs, sweating and pulse improvement time were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Before the treatment, there was no difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The coagulation indexes after treatment and two groups of coagulation indexes had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Before and after treatment, in addition to the observation group, PT had no difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） and the other indexes were significantly different （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Salvia miltion＇hiza injection in adjuvant treatment of hemorrhagic shock patients can significantly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and improve the coagulation function of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
