针灸治疗在脑卒中患者康复护理中的作用探讨

目的:探讨针灸治疗在脑卒中康复护理中的应用效果。方法:将60例脑卒中患者按照康复方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用针灸,比较两组的康复效果和护理满意度。结果:观察组治疗后的日常生活能力评分显著高于对照组,神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的上肢肌力评分和下肢肌力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸能够显著提高脑卒中患者的康复效果,促进患者生活能力和肌力的恢复。

Study on Acupuncture Therapy in Rehabilitation Nursing of Stroke Patients

Objective ： To explore the effect of acupuncture therapy in rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients. Methods ： 60 pa- tients with stroke were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different rehabilitation methods; The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given acupuncture based on the control groupl Rehabilita- tion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results ： Daily life ability scores after treatment in the observa- tion group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the neurological deficit score was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The upper limb muscle strength scores and lower limb muscle strength scores after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture can signifi- cantly improve the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients and promote the recovery of living ability and muscle strength.
