| 摘 要： | 在中医辨证基础上 ,结合临床、胸部X线、生理学综合计分法 (CRP计分法 ) ,进行肺纤维化辨证分型的客观化研究 ,结果发现 ,肾虚痰瘀组积分较肺虚痰瘀组高 (P <0 0 1) ,与古人病在肺其病浅 ,病在肾其病深的论述相符 ,提示可将CRP计分法应用于肺纤维化的辨证分型中。 |

| Abstract: | Based on syndrome differentiation,combined with a clinical radiographic physiologic score,to observe impersonal indicator of the syndrome differentiation of pulmonary fibrosis,we found that the score of kidney asthenia and phlegm and blood stasis group was higher than lung asthenia and phlegm and blood stasis group obviously,and it accorded with the conclusion that the disease in lung was not serious,and the disease in kidney was serious.We suggested that a clinical radiographic physiologic score could be applied to the syndrome differentiation of pulmonary fibrosis. |
