| 摘 要： | 随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的深入,研究全民健康保障问题已经愈发重要。发挥中医"治未病"的独特优势,通过有效的健康管理和干预,降低医疗费用,让人人享有健康,将是大势所趋。文章主要基于"治未病"理论,研究中医健康保障服务模式的内涵、意义,并从模式运行的人群基础、技术基础、经济基础、管理基础4个方面进行分析,并提出该模式可持续性发展的策略。
