| 摘 要： | 观察中西医结合四联疗法治疗狼疮性肾炎 (LN)的效果。应用环磷酰胺 (CTX)分阶段静脉冲击、中小剂量激素、大剂量强力宁及中医辨证分型治疗 31例LN ,并与 18例LN对照。结果 :治疗组在症状、实验室检查、病情缓解率、复发率、副作用发生率方面 ,均优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :中西医结合治疗LN ,缓解病情快 ,疗效高 ,副作用少 ,复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on lupus nephropathy(LN).Methods:49 patients of LN were divided into treated group(31 cases) and control group(18 cases).Treated group were treated with Cytoxan(CTX),Prednisone,Potenlin and Chinese medicinal herbs.Resuts:The improvements of clinical symptoms and laboratory results,clinical remission rate of treated group were significantly higher than those of control group;while the adverse reaction rate of treated group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Integratead traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment is obviously superior to treatment with western medicine in increasing therapuetic effect and clinical remission rate,relieving adverse reaction and decreasing recurrence rate. |
