| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨益气活血散结法对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的治疗效果并进行机理分析。方法:系统研究以益气活血散结法为主要治则的肺通口服液和芪术合剂对IPF的临床治疗效果与动物实验机理分析。结果:益气活血散结法不仅能明显改善IPF患者的临床症状,而且能抑制肺泡炎症,减少肺组织损伤,显著降低TGF-β1的过度表达。结论:益气活血散结法能改善肺纤维化临床症状,对防治肺纤维化有一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the treatment effects of the method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)and analyse its mechanism.Method:Systematic clinical observation and animal experimental study on the the method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation.Results:The method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation not only could improve the patients' symptoms obviously,but can restrain inflammatory cell in lung organization in gather,and reduce TGF-β1 over express.Conclusion:The method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation could improve the patients' symptoms,so to play the part of the role of preventing and curing the IPF. |
