灸法治疗原发性高血压临床观察

目的:观察用艾灸仪治疗原发性高血压(EH)的临床疗效。方法:将60例EH患者随机分为艾灸组用艾灸仪灸百会、内关、关元、双侧足三里、双侧涌泉穴;西药组服用依那普利片,每组各30例,治疗10天。结果:艾灸组降压疗效总有效率(83.3%)略高于西药组(80.0%),但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。艾灸组症状疗效显效率较西医组高(50.0%)(36.6%),无效率(20.0%)(33.3%)较西药组低,总有效率(80.0%)(66.7%)优于西药,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:用艾灸仪治疗EH有效,尤其对改善头痛、眩晕、失眠等症状效果良好。

Clinnical Study on Treatment of Essential Hypertension with Moxibustion

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on essential hypertension(EH).Methods:60 cases of EH were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with equipment moxibustion at Baihui,Neiguan,Guanyuan,Zhusanli,Yongquan,and the control group treated with Enalapril,30 cases in each group.They were treated for 10 days.Results:The total effective rate for reducing high blood pressure was 80.0% in treatment group and 73.3% in the control group,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The markedly effective rate,the ineffective rate and the total effective rate for symptoms were 53.3%,16.7% and 83.3% in the treatment group,40.0%,33.3% and 66.7% in the control group respectively,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Equipment moxibustion at Baihui,Neiguan,Guanyuan,Zhusanli,Yongquan point is effective for essential hypertension,especially for the improvement of headache vertigo and insomnia.
