| 摘 要： | 目的:评价中西药物联合治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效,供临床医生用药参考。方法:将105例IBS患者随机分成两组,56例治疗组在西药的基础上加用中药参苓白术散合痛泻要方共4周,疗程结束后随诊4周。50例对照组只采用西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率90.63%。对照组总有效率66.67%。两组之间差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:西药联合中药参苓白术散合痛泻要方治疗IBS疗效显著,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the combination of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine for treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)the efficacy of medical treatment for clinical reference.Methods:105 cases IBS patients were randomly divided into two groups.56 cases treated group based on the use of Chinese medicine in the Shenlingbaizhu San and Tongxie Yaofang to 4 weeks,follow-up four weeks after the end of treatment.50 cases of the control group using western medicine only.Results:It showed that the total efficiency 90.63%.66.67% total efficiency of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine Shenlingbaizhu San and Tongxie Yaofang Treatment of IBS was significant and worthy of replication. |
