| 摘 要： | 为观察槐定碱对小鼠免疫系统的药理作用 ,本文测定了槐定碱对正常小鼠及环磷酰胺(CY) 造成的免疫抑制小鼠的免疫器官重量、抗绵羊红细胞抗体水平、迟发超敏反应、腹腔巨噬细胞 (MΦ)吞噬功能及血清溶菌酶含量的影响。结果表明槐定碱可明显增强正常小鼠腹腔 MΦ的吞噬率及吞噬指数 ,使 CY3次(2 5 mg/ kg) 引起下降的抗体水平显著回升。槐定碱对正常小鼠及 CY免疫抑制小鼠的其它免疫指标均未表现明显作用。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the immunopharmacal action of Sophoridine,the effects of Sophoridine on the immune organs weight,serum antibody level,peritoneal macrophages(MΦ)phagocytosis,serum lysozyme activity and delayed hypersensitivity of normal mice and immunosuppressive mice by injecting cyclophosphamidium(CY) were investigated.The results suggested that Sophoridine significantly promoted MΦ phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of normal mice and enhanced serum antibody level of immunosuppressive mice by CY (25mg/kg×3 times),but Sophoridine had no apparent effect on other immune indexes of normal mice and immunosuppressive mice by CY. |
