| 摘 要： | 用补阳还五汤治疗急性（发病５天以内）脑梗塞患者３５例，观察治疗效果与治疗前后血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）、降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）水平，并与正常对照组进行对比。治疗前血浆ＥＴ、ＣＧＲＰ水平与正常人有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗后均显著改善（Ｐ＜０．０１），且在基本治愈、有效、无效组中，亦有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），改善程度以基本治愈组＞有效组＞无效组。补阳还五汤能改善脑梗塞患者ＥＴ、ＣＧＲＰ代谢失衡，ＥＴ、ＣＧＲＰ又可作为评估治疗效果的有意义指标。

| Abstract: | The levels of endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)in plasma were observed in 35 cases with early cerebral infarction diseases treated with BuyangHuanwu decoction(BYHWD) before and after treatment,and also controled with healthy persons.The disparity of ET CGRP levels in cases before treatment and in control group were signifficant( P <0.01).The disparity of ET CGRP levels after treatment were also signifficant among the cures group( P<0.01 ),effective result group and ineffetive result group( P<0.05,P <0.01),BYHWD had the power of regulating the unbalance state of ET CGRP in patients with cerebral infarction diseases.It is the mechanism for BYHWD to treat cerebral infarction disease.There fore ET CGRP may be as astardard to evaluate the results of BYHWD in treating cerebral infarction. |
