中西医结合治疗肝硬化临床路径应用探讨

目的:试从中西医结合治疗肝硬化临床路径的应用入手,探讨中西医结合治疗肝硬化临床路径的实施可行性及实施效果。方法:采用回顾性研究,根据ICD编码查阅2005年1月—2009年1月的肝硬化病例,共收集320例乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者的相关诊疗信息,对比应用临床路径(观察组)及未用临床路径(对照组)治疗患者的相关情况。结果:观察组患者并发症的发生、住院天数、住院总费用明显减少,对肝硬化健康知识的了解程度、满意度、临床总有效率明显提高,与对照组相比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.01)。结论:在中西医结合治疗的基础上应用临床路径治疗肝硬化,可以有效增进对肝硬化健康知识的了解、减少并发症的发生、提高临床疗效,缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用和提高患者的满意度,可在临床中推广应用。
