更年方结合心理干预治疗女性更年期焦虑患者临床研究

目的:探讨更年方结合心理干预治疗女性更年期焦虑患者的临床疗效。方法:将80例合并焦虑的更年期综合症患者随机分为两组,更年方组40例;更年方结合心理干预治疗组(以下简称综合治疗组)40例,后者主要采用心理干预联合更年方治疗。观察临床疗效、焦虑状态和雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)治疗前后的变化。结果:综合治疗组在临床疗效、焦虑状态疗效优于更年方组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组调整测定E2、FSH水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:心理干预联合更年方综合治疗是治疗女性更年期焦虑患者的有效方法。心理干预应得到足够的重视和关注。

Clinical Research on the Combined Therapy of Mental Intervention and Gengnianfang Decoction for 40 Cases of Anxietas Presenilis

Objective:To explore the curable effect of the combined therapy of mental intervention and Gengnianfang Decoction for 40 Cases of Anxietas Presenilis.Method:Before treatment,80 patients of climacteric syndrome with anxiety were randomly and averagely divided into the Gengnianfang group and the combined therapy group(i.e.the combined therapy of mental intervention and Gengnianfang decoction).Each group was given Gengnianfang orally 150ml Bid.The combined therapy group was given mental intervention additionally.The clinical therapeutic effect and anxiety state and the change of estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone disease were observed for 2 courses of treatment(1 course on i.e 1 month).Results:The clinical therapeutic effect and anxiety state of the combined therapy group were improved significantly.The serum concentration of estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone was increased advancedly in each group.Conclusions:The combined therapy of mental intervention and Gengnianfang decoction is an effective preparation for treatment of patients of anxietas presenilis.Mental intervention should be pay more attention to.
