糖尿病视网膜病变的证候统计与病机研究

目的:研究糖尿病视网膜病变的中医证候特点、主要病机。方法:对245例患者,从症状、证候、证型几个层次进行分析归纳。结果:①虚证出现频率占57·22%,实证为42·78%,差异有统计学意义P<0·05;②气虚证出现频率为88·75%,占诸证之首;痰湿证次之,为本病的主要证型之一;③出现频率在10%以上合并证型为气阴两虚、阴虚内热、湿热内蕴、阴阳两虚、胆虚痰湿五型的合并证,占总例数的97·55%。结论:脾虚为本,痰(湿)瘀为标为本病的主要病机特点;气阴两虚、阴虚内热、湿热内蕴、阴阳两虚、脾虚痰湿为主证兼夹痰/瘀/(水)湿的证型为本病临床主要合并证型。

Investigation Study of the Syndrome and Signs Character of Diabetic Retinopathy and the Analysis of its Epiology

Objective:To study the syndrome and signs Character of diabetic retinopathy(DR) and its epiology and its clinic syndrome-differentiation.Methods:To sum the syndrome and signs character and epiology and syndrome-differentiation of 245 DR patients from syndrome and sign and syndrome-differentiation aspects.Results:①The highest frequence of symptom is inertia and lassitude(88.75%).The percentage of deficiency syndromes is higher than excess syndromes in DR with statistic discrepancy(P<0.05).②The highest frequence of syndromes and signs is Qi deficiency(88.75%).Moist(23.28%) is the second.③The frequency of Qi-yin deficiency and Yin-yang deficiency and spleen deficiency with blood statis and Phlegm-damp and (Qi stagnation)blood stasis are each higher 10%,and together above 97.55%.Conclusion:The etiology of DR is damp stagnation and blood stasis due to spleen Qi deficiency.Qi-yin deficiency and Yin-yang deficiency and spleen deficiency with blood stasis and Phlegm-damp and (Qi stagnation)blood stasis are the main syndromes differentiation of DR.
