| 摘 要： | 目的:评价中药、针灸及行为疗法综合治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效,供临床医生用药参考。方法:参苓白术散合痛泻要方辨证加减、针灸和复合行为疗法(生物反馈加松弛疗法)治疗IBS 100例6~8周。结果:治疗组总有效率91%。结论:参苓白术散合痛泻要方辨证加减、针灸和复合行为疗法(生物反馈加松弛疗法)治疗IBS疗效满意,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the Chinese medicine,Acupuncture,Behavior Therapy for irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Method: Shenlingbaizhu San and Tongxie Yaofang to dialectical addition and subtraction acupuncture and complex behavior therapy(biofeedback plus relaxation therapy) in the treatment of patients IBS100 6-8 weeks.Results: Showed that the total effective rate is 91%.Conclusion:Shenlingbaizhu San and Tongxie Yaofang to dialectical addition and subtraction acupuncture and complex behavior therapy(biofeedback plus relaxation therapy) in the treatment of IBS satisfactory outcome and should be widely applied. |
