| 摘 要： | 目的:观察评价伤科苗药膏对软组织损伤的临床疗效,并与云南白药喷雾剂做比较。方法:将420例急性软组织损伤患者随机分为两组,治疗组300例采用外敷伤科苗药膏治疗。对照组120例采用云南白药喷雾剂治疗。治疗1周后,分别观察患者的消肿,镇痛及功能疗效,进行计分对比研究,评价其临床疗效。结果:通过统计学分析,治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为79%,P<0.05,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:伤科苗药膏是治疗急性软组织损伤的良方,并有独特的功效,值得临床推广。
