| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨益气活血法对冠心病介入术后患者血液流变学的影响。方法:采用随机对照的研究方法,将101例冠心病介入治疗患者为治疗组和对照组,在西药常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用益气活血类中成药,连续12周。测定两组介入治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化和心绞痛缓解率的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,两组血流变参数在术前、术后1周、术后4周之间对比无明显差异(P>0.05);术后12周则有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在术后12周的心绞痛缓解总有效率和显效率均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益气活血法能明显改善对PC I术后患者血液流变学,缓解心绞痛的发作,降低硝酸甘油消耗量,疗效优于单纯西医治疗,其作用随服药时间的延长而体现越明显。
