金秋安治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效观察

观察金秋安治疗更年期综合征的效果和安全性及其对性激素、血脂、神经递质的影响。１１８例更年期综合征患者随机分为金秋安组８８例和对照组３０例。结果，金秋安组的近期痊愈率、显效率、总有效率均高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）金秋安组中阴虚内热证、阴虚肝旺证、心肾不交证３组间总有效率比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。对照组中治疗后ＬＨ水平明显低于治疗前（Ｐ＜０．０５）；金秋安组中治疗后血清中Ｅ２升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）和ＦＳＨ降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）较治疗前有显著意义，而ＬＨ含量的降低不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗后，对照组中ＤＡ含量有显著意义的降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）；金秋安组ＮＥ、Ｅ和ＤＡ的减低有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．００１），对Ｅ和ＤＡ的降低作用优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症及低ＨＤＬ－ｃ患者，金秋安组治疗后，ＴＣ和ＴＧ水平的降低及ＨＤＬ－ｃ的升高较治疗前均有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）；对照组治疗后血清ＴＣ水平低于治疗前（Ｐ＜０．０１）；金秋安组治疗前后ＴＧ和ＨＤＬ－ｃ差值大于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。两组治疗前后三大常规和心肝肾功能均无异常变化。提示，金秋安治疗更年期综合征有效而?

Clinical study of climacteric syndrome treated by Jin Qiu'an

It was studied in the paper that the effect of Jin Qiuan(JQA) of TCM on patients with menopausal syndrome and patient sexual hormones,blood-lipid and nerve transmitter in 88 patients treated with JQA(JQA group) and 30 patients with Geng Nianan(control group).The cure rate,obvious rate and overall effective rate were obvious in JQA's than those in the control's.After treating the level of estranedion(E 2) and HDL-c was higher and the level of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),noradrenalin(NE),epinephrine(E),dopamine(DA),TC and TG was lower in the JQA's than those before treating.The level of prolan B luteinizing hormone(LH),DA and TC decreased obviously in the control's after treating.The changes of E,DA,TC and HDL-c in the JQA's was significant compared to those in the control's.It was suggested JQA treating menopausal syndrome was effective,which was related to it's regulating sexual hormones and blood-lipid and decreasing the level of monoamine nerve transmitter.
