男性视网膜色素变性及其辨证分型与血清性激素关系的初步研究

摘    要:本文对57例男性RP患者、33例其它眼病患者及21例正常人的血清性激素进行放射免疫检测,发现男性RP组较其它眼病组和正常对照组T值下降,PRL、FSH、LH、E_2和E_2/T升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)或非常显著性差异(P<0.01或<0.001);RP病情较重组较病情较轻组、RP肾阳虚组较肾阴虚组亦有上述改变。RP肾阳虚组以T显著下降、E_2/T极显著升高为特征,肾阴虚组以E_2显著升高,T亦下降为特征。

Abstract:This article has acduired a discovevy by aradioactive immunity examination to serum hormone of 57 male RP patients and 33 other eye disease hatients as well as 21 nomal men.By compariny with agroup of the other eye disease and a group of the nomal men,the T value of the group of the RP Patients has reduced and the PRL value、the FSH value、the LH value、the value E_2 and the ratio of E_2 to T have all、ncreosed.Therefore it Possesses a marked difference(P<0.05)or a extraordinary marked difference(p<0.01 or<0.001)Also there exists the above—metioned changes between a group of the serious RP Patients and a group of the wild RP patients,and between a group of RP kidney yang deficiency patients and a group of RP kidney yin deficiency patients.The group of RP kidney yang deficiency have the characteristics that the T value has clroped evidently and the ratio of E_2 to T has remarkably risen But to the group of Rp kidney yin deficiency the E_2 value has gone up obviously and the T value has also ascended.
