| 摘 要： | 目的:观察玉屏风散合补中益气汤治疗慢性肾炎的临床效果。方法:60例慢性肾炎患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),分别采用玉屏风散合补中益气汤、氯沙坦治疗2个月。结果:浮肿、乏力、腰酸、慢性肾炎复发等症状及体征的改善情况治疗组优于对照组;尿蛋白定性和24h尿蛋白定量减少程度治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风散合补中益气汤对慢性肾炎具有良好的治疗效果和减少复发的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect of Yupingfeng Powder and Buzhongyiqi Decoction on chronic nephritis.Methods:60 cases of chronic nephritis were randomly divided into two groups.The treated group(30 patients) was treated with Yupingfeng Powder and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction for 2 months,the control group(30 patients) was treated with Losantan for 2 months.Results:The treated group′s medical syndromes and the urine protein quantity improvement rate were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng Powder and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction are effective in treating chronic nephritis. |
