中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效及护理研究

目的:探讨中西医结合疗法对小儿肺炎的临床疗效,并总结相应的护理措施。方法:选择该院2011年3月—2013年3月收治的120例小儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,其中,观察组60例患儿采取中西医治疗措施,而对照组60例患儿采取常规西医治疗措施,比较两组患儿的治疗效果,并总结相应的护理措施。结果:治疗后,观察组患儿的退热、止咳、平喘等临床体征的消失时间均明显低于对照组患儿,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患儿的CRP、CD3、CD4等指标均较对照组患儿出现了明显改善,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎具有十分显著的疗效,可明显改善患儿的临床体征,提高患儿机体内的相关免疫指标水平,有利于促进患儿的病情恢复,值得临床应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Integrative Medicine Treatment on Pneumonia in Children and Its Nursing Analysis

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine therapy on children with pneumonia,and summarize the appropriate nursing measures. Methods: 120 cases of pediatric pneumonia children were taken as the objects of study. The observation group's 60 patients were treated with Western medicine treatment,while the control group's 60 patients treated with integrative medicine treatment. Results: After treatment,the children's fever,cough,asthma and other clinical signs of disappearing time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant differences between the groups( P < 0. 05). CRP,CD3,CD4and other indicators in the observation group all had obvious improvement than those of the control group with significant differences between the groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The combination therapy of children with pneumonia has a very significant effect,which can significantly improve the clinical signs in children,and it is worthy of clinical application.
