益气健脾活血通络方治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

目的:观察益气健脾活血通络方内服、外敷治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例脾虚湿盛、痰瘀内蕴型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组内服、外敷益气健脾活血通络方,对照组口服美洛昔康,治疗4周。结果:两组在治疗前后疼痛评分(VAS)、中医症状积分、临床疗效方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾活血通络方在改善脾虚湿盛、痰瘀内蕴型膝骨关节炎患者膝关节疼痛、病情程度指数、中医症状等方面具有显著的临床疗效。

Clinical Study on 30 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treatedby Yiqi Jianpi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Jianpi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction by oral and topical application in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Totally 60 casas of knee osteoarthritis with intrinsic spleen dampness phlegm and blood stasis type were randomized into treatment group and control group with 30 in each. The treatment group was administered Yiqi Jianpi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction while the control group was given Meloxicam Tablets. The treatment lasted 4 weeks for observation. Results: There were significant differences in VAS scores,symptom integral and clinical curative effects between pre and post of the 2 groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Treated with Yiqi Jianpi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction,knee osteoarthritis patients who belong to intrinsic spleen dampness phlegm and blood stasis type have got obvious clinical curative effects in the aspects such as improving pain of articular genu,severity extent index and symptoms.
