浅议意象思维在中医理论思维中的主导作用

中医思维是人类思维活动在中医领域里的具体体现,它在两千多年前形成系统的思维模式,至今仍保持着传统的特色。在气一元论、阴阳五行学说等中国古代哲学思想的深刻影响下,中医学形成了一整套与西医学截然不同的思维方式,意象思维即为其中之一。从意象思维的含义入手,从生理、病理、诊断、辨证等方面阐述了意象思维在中医理论思维中的主导作用,从而为中医理论的继承与发展提供方法论上的依据。

Superficial Discussion about Main Role of Imagery Thinking in Theoretical Thought of TCM

The thinking of traditional Chinese medicine is in the person of activity of mankind′s thinking,which became the thinking mode of system in more than 2,000 year ago,still keeping traditional special features up to now.With the influence of Chinese ancient philosophy such as the monism taking the Qi as the centre and Yin-Yang theory,five phases,the traditional Chinese medicine comes into being a new thinking mode which is different from Western medicine,and imagery thinking is one of them.The article begins with imagery thinking,expatiating imagery thinking in the predominant function within thinking of the Chinese medicine theories from the physiology,pathology,diagnosis,dialectics,etc.,consequently,offering the basis of methodology for Chinese medicine′s inherit and development.
