中医胃癌前状态性疾病“毒热”病因文献研究

依据历代文献,论述了"毒"指病因的含义,包括"毒"是剧烈的外在致病因素,也是邪气蕴蓄不解而产生的内在致病因素。"毒热"病因缘于邪气蕴结,成毒化热,或热甚为毒,或直接感受"毒热"之气。论述了"毒热"所致疾病及其症状。同时调查了历代有关胃癌前状态疾病活动期出现的主要证候的文献,只在胃脘痈文献中发现一处"毒热"病因,在其他病症中未见。周学文教授针对胃癌前状态疾病活动期的病因特点符合"毒热"的病因学特征,创立了中医胃癌前状态性疾病"毒热"病因学说。

The ＂poison-heat＂ Etiology Study of Precancerous Stomach Disease in TCM

Based on ancient literature,this paper discusses the ＂poison＂ refers to the meaning of causes,including the ＂poison＂ is a severe external risk factors,is also the inherent risk factors caused by evil gathering. ＂ poison-heat＂ is caused by evil gathering,turning poison into heat,or heat becoming poison,or directly contacting ＂ poison-heat＂ of the evil. Discussing the disease and its symptoms caused by ＂ poison-heat＂. At the same time the ancient literature about the main syndromes of precancerous disease of stomach is investigated,only in the epigastric carbuncle discovered a ＂ poison-heat ＂ causes,were not observed in other symptoms. Professor Zhou Xuewen analyzes the major cause features of precancerous disease of stomach,which complies with ＂ poison-heat＂ features of the etiology,establishes the theory of ＂ poison-heat＂ etiology of the precancerous disease of stomach in TCM.
