肾苏Ⅱ对局灶节段性肾小球硬化的保护作用

目的:以局灶节段性肾小球硬化为研究对象,观察辛通畅络、益气和血中药复方肾苏Ⅱ对肾脏功能学指标的影响,探讨中医药防治疑难疾病的有效途径。方法:采用阿霉素注射法诱发大鼠局灶节段性肾小球硬化型阿霉素肾病动物模型。将实验动物随机分为对照组、模型组、西药组和中药组。检测尿微量蛋白定量;血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白,观察指标变化。结果:肾苏Ⅱ可减少FSGS大鼠尿蛋白排泄量,改善TP、ALB减低,抑制BUN、Scr升高,调节脂质代谢。其中,在减少蛋白尿排泄方面,肾苏Ⅱ优于贝那普利。结论:肾苏Ⅱ对阿霉素注射法诱发大鼠局灶节段性肾小球硬化型阿霉素肾病模型具有保护作用,通过改善肾脏功能学指标,达到阻抑或减缓局灶节段性肾小球硬化进展的效果。

The Protections of Shensu Ⅱ about Focal Segemental Glomerulosclerosis

Objective：To make focal segmental glomerulosclerosis（FSGS）as the research aim,observe and discuss the effects of the renal function tests by the traditional Chinese drug complex prescrription-ShensuⅡ which is to dredge vessels by xintong and to complement qixue.Find the effectual modes from traditional Chinese medicine to prevention and cure the diseases which is difficult to make a diagnosis and give treatment.Methods：Rat focal segmental glomerulosclerosis animal model is induced by injecting doxo-rubicin hydrochoride.The experimental animals are randomly divided into groups,the comparison group,the disease model group,the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group.Test and observe the changes of urine protein,serum total protein,albumin,urea nitrogen,creatinine,cholestrol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein.Results：ShensuⅡ can allay FSGS rat urine protein,check the aggravation of ureanitrogen,creatinine and lipide metabolism and improve the content of serum total protein and albumin.The curative effects of ShensuⅡ are better than western medicine in allaying urine protein.Conclusion：ShensuⅡ can protect focal segmental glomerulosclerosis doxorubicin nephropathy model which is induced by injecting doxorubicin hydrochoride.Check and mitigate FSGS progress by improving the renal function.
