| 摘 要： | 目的:观察循经点穴配合中药塌渍治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将106例患者随机分为治疗组(循经点穴配合中药塌渍)53例,对照组(循经点穴)53例,分别给予对应治疗,2个疗程后观察疗效,并进行对比。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组总有效率为69.9%,两组比较差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合治疗腰背肌筋膜炎有肯定疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of points massage along the meridians with Chinese medicine Tazi in the treatment of back myofascitis. Methods ：106 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ points massage along the meridians with Chinese medicine Tazi,53 cases）and the control group （points massage along the meridians ,53 cases）. The correspond： ing treatment was used respectively. After 2 courses of treatment, the effect was compared. Results ： The total effective rate was 94. 4% in the treatment group and that in the control group was 69.9% and the difference was signifieant（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive treatment of back mvofaseitis has positive effect. |
