猪皮寡肽对大鼠皮肤创面EGFR的影响

目的:探讨猪皮寡肽对EGFR的影响。方法:建立大鼠皮肤创伤模型。随机分为5组,模型组、阳性对照组、猪皮寡肽高剂量组(相当于2倍临床浓度剂量)、猪皮寡肽中剂量组(相当于常规人用剂量)、猪皮寡肽低剂量组(相当于0.5倍临床浓度剂量)。取用药后第7天、14天局部创面新生肉芽组织为所需实验样品,观察猪皮寡肽对EGFR的影响。结果:各组在第14天EGFR含量下降,但仍维持较高水平,优于模型组,高、中剂量组与模型组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:猪皮寡肽能够提高创面愈合过程中EGFR的含量。

Effect of Zhupi Guatai on EGFR in Rat Skin Wound Healing

Objective：To investigate the effect of Zhupi Guatai on the EGFR. Methods：After setting up the models, the rats were randomly assigned to 5 groups：model group, Jingwanhong group, the high does of Zhupi Guatai group, the medium dose of Zhupi Guatai group and the low dose of Zhupi Guatai group. We took the 7,14 days granulation tissue to the desired experiment samples and observed the effect of Zhupi Guatai on the EGFR. Results ： The first 14 days of each tissue decreased levels of EGFR. But it still maintained a high level. It was better than the model group. The high-dose and middle-dose groups were statistically significant compared with the model group. Conclusion：Zhupi Guatai can improve EGFR levels in wound healing process.
