| 摘 要： | 目的:观察滋阴养脏胶囊治疗中风假性球麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将138例假性球麻痹病人随机分为2组,对照组68例予甘露醇,胞二磷胆碱,银杏达莫注射液;治疗组70例在对照组基础上加用滋阴养脏胶囊,2组均15天为1个疗程,用药1个月后进行疗效对照。结果:治疗组总有效率92.85%,对照组总有效率75%,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:滋阴养脏胶囊治疗中风假性球麻痹疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。
