针刺为主治疗颈椎病的临床观察

目的:观察温针和电针治疗颈椎病的临床疗效及相对差异性。方法:将158例患者随机分为温针组78例和电针组80例进行对比观察。结果:温针组总有效率91%,电针组总有效率88·8%,两组疗效比较无明显差异。神经根型颈椎病温针组治愈率为33·3%,电针组治愈率为56·7%,经统计学处理,两组治愈率差异显著(P<0·05)。椎动脉型颈椎病温针组治愈率为57·1%,电针组治愈率为30·6%,经统计学处理,两组治愈率差异显著(P<0·05)。结论:神经根型电针组临床治愈率优于温针组,椎动脉型温针组临床治愈率优于电针组。

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy by Acupuncture

Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of warming acupuncture and electric acupuncture on cervical spondylopathy and the relative difference between it.Methods:158 cases of cervical spondylopathy were randomly divided into of warming acupuncture group and electric acupuncture group.Results:The total effective rate was 91% in the warming acupuncture group and 88.8% in the electric acupuncture group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The cure rate was 33.3% in warming acupuncture group and 56.7% in electric acupuncture group in treating nervous Cervical Spondylopathy(statistical analysis:P<0.05).The cure rate was 57.1% in warming acupuncture group and 30.6% in electric acupuncture group in treating vertebroarterial Cervical Spondylopathy (statistical analysis:P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical cure effect of electric acupuncture was better than warming acupuncture group in treating nervous cervical spondylopathy. The clinical cure effect of warming acupuncture was better than electric acupuncture in treating vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.
