| 摘 要： | 失眠、便秘、情绪波动、运动、饮食、疼痛、药物等可导致血压难以控制,为高血压常见的难控因素,中医药在防治高血压方面,虽然很多单味中药或者复方有一定的直接降压作用,但是其优势还是在于消除血压难控因素,重点阐述了高血压难控因素的中医辨识及治疗。
