中药联合甲氨蝶呤治疗未婚异位妊娠60例护理干预

目的:探讨中药联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)对未婚异位妊娠患者保守治疗的临床效果和护理干预特点。方法:入选我院2010年1月—2013年12月收治的未婚异位妊娠患者60例,按照入院先后顺序分为两组各30例,对照组行MTX治疗,观察组在此基础上加用中药保守治疗,两组均进行有针对性的护理干预治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和症状恢复时间情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率93.3%(28/30)显著高于对照组70.0%(21/30),包块≤2 cm所需时间(15.4±2.6)d显著短于对照组(27.1±3.0)d,血β-HCG转阴所需时间(13.7±6.1)d也显著低于对照组(18.4±7.2),差异均具有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论:中药联合MTX对未婚异位妊娠患者行保守治疗并予以针对性护理有效率率高,恢复时间快,值得临床推广。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Methotrexate in Nursing Intervention of 60 Cases of Unmarried Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective ： To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with methotrexate （MTX） in the conservative treatment of unmarried ectopic pregnancy patients and its nursing intervention. Methods ： In our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013, 60 cases of unmarried ectopic pregnancy patients, according to the order, were divided into the control group（30 cases, MTX treatment） and the observation group（30 cases, on the basis of using Chinese medicine conservative treat- ment）. Both groups were given the targeted nursing intervention treatment. We compared two groups＇ clinical curative effect and symptoms of recovery time. Results：The observation group＇s treatment effective rate was 93.3 % （28/30） ,which was significantly higher than 70.0% （21/30） in the control group. The time for mass less than 2 cm was （ 15.4± 2.6） d in the observation group, which was significantly shorter than （27. 1 ± 3.0） d in the control group. The time for blood 13 - HCG turning to the normal level was （ 13.7 ±6. 1 ） d and was also significantly lower than （ 18.4 ±7.2） d in the control group and the difference had statis- tical difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：TCM conservative treatment plus MTX of unmarried ectopic pregnancy patients and targe- ted nursing have high efficient rate and the recovery time is fast, worthy of clinical promotion.
