复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效分析

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:将90例晚期非小细胞肺癌随机分为治疗组予复方苦参注射液联合化疗,对照组予单纯化疗。4周期或至少2个周期后评价疗效。结果:总有效率(RR)治疗组42.22%,对照组40.00%。差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。生活质量治疗组提高37.50%,对照组22.22%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率两组有显著性差异(P<0.001)。口腔溃疡两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。提示:复方苦参注射液联合化疗可明显减轻化疗不良反应,改善患者体能,提高患者生存质量。对于晚期非小细胞肺癌患者值得多中心研究。

Clinical Analyses of Chemotherapy Combined with Compound Sophora Injection in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of chemotherapy combined with Compound Sophora Injection on the treatment of advanced non - small - cell lung cancer （ NSCLC ）. Methods ： Ninety patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into the treatment group （chemotherapy and Compound Sophora Injection）and the control group （chemotherapy only） ,and evaluate the results after four cycles or at least two cycles. Results ： The total response rate （RR） was 42. 22% in the treatment group and 40. 00% in the control group, with no statistical significance between these groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The improvements of quality of life were 37.50% and 22.22%, respectively for the treatment group and the control group, and there was statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Statistical significance was obtained between the treatment group and control group in the toxicities except the incidence of oral ulcer （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion ：The combination of chemotherapy with Compound Sophora Injection might alleviate the side effects caused by chemotherapy and improve the quality of life. Therefore,it would warrant further multi -institutional study.
