中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作疗效及安全性的Meta分析

目的:评价中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库,手工检索江西中医学院图书馆,使用RevMan4.2软件进行系统评价。结果:共37篇试验纳入,结果中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作疗效优于单纯西医组,对症状体征积分、肺功能的改善亦优于单纯西医组。结论:中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作具有疗效更好、不良反应少的趋势,但纳入的研究大多质量较低,可能影响结果的确切评价,尚需高质量证据给予有力支持。

Efficacy and Safety of Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine Therapy for Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma：a Meta-analysis

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ICWM therapy for acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods：Both a computer-aided search of The Cochrane Library,PubMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang data and an intensive search by hand were con-ducted to identify all randomized controlled trials assessing the efficacy of therapy of ICWM on acute attack of bronchial asthma and Meta-analysis was processed by Rev Man 4. 2. Results：A total of 37 trials included,showed that the efficacy of ICWM treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma therapy is probability better than WM alone,points to the symptoms and signs,pulmonary function improvement in ICWM group than WM alone. Conclusion：ICWM tends to have better efficacy and safety profiles compared with WM alone in treating acute attack of bronchial asthma. However,most trials included in the review were of lower quality,which probability affected the results of the exact evaluation of the evidence. Further higher quality clinical studies are needed.
