小青龙汤加减治疗小儿寒饮停肺型哮喘临床观察

目的:观察"小青龙汤"加减方治疗"寒饮停肺"型哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将80例哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予"小青龙汤"加减方,对照组予西药氨茶碱治疗。观察两组治疗后症状、体征、肺功能、IgE、EOS、IL-4、IL-5的变化。结果:两组疗效相近,但"小青龙汤"加减有更明显的改善患儿中医症状、舌脉的作用。并能降低IL-4、IL-5水平,其降低IL-4水平较对照组更加明显。结论:"小青龙汤"加减方治疗"寒饮停肺"型支气管哮喘疗效肯定,相关指标改善确切,且有较强的调节作用。

Clinical Observation on Children Bronchial Asthma by the Treatment of Xiao Qinglong Soup

Objective：To observe the effect of ＂Xiao QingLong Tang jia jian＂ curing asthma for ＂hanyintingfei＂.Methods：Our test come from the clinical point of view adopting random contrast method study clinical children bronchial asthma.80 patients suffering from asthma for ＂hanyintingfei＂ were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in the test group dealing with＂Xiao Qing Long Tang jia jian＂;other 40 cases in contrast group with Aminophylline.Evaluate the change of symptom、PEFR、IgE、EOS、IL-4、IL-5 of two group.Results：Statistical analysis manifest that general curative effect of the traditional medicine is similar to that of western medicine and the fine of the study indicated that the Chinese drug could markedly improve the TCM symptom in therapy asthma.Except these,the result also show Chinese medicine′s effect in reduce patient IL-4 is better than Aminophylline.Conclusion：The potency of ＂Xiao Qing Long Tang jia jian＂ is assert.The improve of laboratory test is reliable.The function of whole adjustion is better.
