| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗干眼症的疗效。方法:选择30例符合干眼症诊断标准的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各15例。对照组采用透明质酸钠滴眼液治疗,治疗组在使用透明质酸钠滴眼液的基础上加用中药内服、中药熏药及针刺治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为66.67%。结论:中药口服加中药外治法联合透明质酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症疗效明显优于单纯透明质酸钠滴眼液疗法,还可更持久地发挥治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of integrative medicine therapy for dye eyes.Methods：All 30 study subjects recruited were diagnosed of dye eye grouped into 15 subjects and 15 controls randomly.Control group treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.Study subjects treated more plus with oral Traditional Chinese Medicine,fumigating and acupuncture.Results：The overall efficiency for subject group is 93.33%,for control group is 66.67%.Conclusion：Combination therapeutic（oral and fumigating Traditional Chinese Medicine）with sodium hyaluronate eye drops has better effect compare to the simple sodium hyaluronate eye drops treatment,showed longer effective maintenance as well. |
