| 摘 要： | 观察中医辨证分型结合西医治疗老年人功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:将80例老年功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组。40例治疗组用中西医结合治疗治疗,40例对照组用西药治疗,观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率70.0%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过中医辨证分型结合西医治疗老年人功能性消化不良效果优于单纯西医治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To observe clinically the cure effect of elderly patientg functional dyspepsia treated with dialectic. Methods.40 cases were treated with combination of TCM and WM,40 cases as control group with western medicine, observe their effect. Results ：90.0% was the effective rate of the treatment group ,70.0% for the control one ,P 〈 0.05, showing marked statistical difference. Conclusion：Combination of TCM and WM is better than only WM in treating elderly patient＇s functional dyspepsia. |
