| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对风温肺热病患者中医证候评分、APACHEII评分、血清胱抑素C水平的观察,探讨风温肺热病严重程度与血清胱抑素关系。方法:将符合纳入及排除标准的病例进行中医证候评分、APACHEII评分,并同时采集血液标本送检。收集齐病例后,对其中医证候评分与APACHEII评分、血清胱抑素C之间进行相关性分析,寻求直线或曲线关系。结果:风温肺热病证候评分与APACHEII评分呈直线相关(r=0.893,P0.01);风温肺热病证候评分与CysC呈曲线相关(r=0.846,P0.01);风温肺热病APACHEII评分与CysC呈曲线相关(r=0.855,P0.01)。结论:风温肺热病严重程度与肾功能损伤密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the relationship between the syndrome of of wind-warm lung-heat disease？？APACHEII and Cys C,we observed the values of cystatin C（ Cys C） in syndrome of wind-warm lung-heat disease. Methods：Comparison of the differences in Cys C？？syndrome integral？？APACHEII. Results：Results showed a linear correlation between syndrome integral of windwarm lung-heat disease and APACHEII（ r = 0. 893,P 0. 01） ） ; A curve correlation was found between the values of Cys C and the syndrome integral of wind-warm lung-heat disease in qifen group（ r = 0. 855,P 0. 01） ; Conclusion：In wind-warm lung-heat disease,kidney disfunction is closely related to syndrome. |
