加味四逆散治疗功能性消化不良肝郁脾虚证的临床观察

目的:观察加味四逆散治疗功能性消化不良肝郁脾虚证的疗效。方法:将64例功能性消化不良者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(32例)。治疗组服用加味四逆散,对照组服用吗丁啉片,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组临床总有效率、治疗前后症状总积分比较及单项症状比较均优于对照组,组间比较均有显著性差异。结论:加味四逆散治疗功能性消化不良肝郁脾虚证,疗效确切,无明显不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Using Modified Sini Powder to Treat Functional Dyspepsia Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To observe the effect of using Modified Sinipowder to treat functional dyspepsia liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:64 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups,and one was treatment group(32 patients) and another one was control group(32 patients).Modified treatment group taking Sini Powder and the control group taking motilium films both for four weeks.Results:The clinical total efficiency,the symptoms points and the individual symptoms before and atfer treatment of treatment group were both better than the control group,the comparison between the two groups were significantly different.Conclusion:It is effective and no significant adverse reactions that use Modified Sini Powder to treat functional dyspepsia liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
