| 摘 要： | 目前HAART是应用最为广泛的治疗艾滋病的有效方法。但是,使用HAART在获得疗效的同时,相伴而来的是多种毒副作用的迅速产生,特别是与HAART相关的高脂血症是一个普遍存在的问题。调节脂代谢紊乱有效的常用西药都具有较为严重的不良反应,还与HAART药物之间存在相互作用,影响HAART疗效。中医药在治疗高脂血症方面有着深厚的临床基础和详实的实验研究,疗效确切,毒副作用小,运用中医药对HAART这一副作用进行干预,此类研究目前国内尚未见文献报道。
