| 摘 要： | 王自立主任医师是全国名老中医,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,连续5批被聘为全国老中医药师承工作指导老师,甘肃省中医院首席主任中医师,甘肃中医学院硕士研究生导师,2013年被国家中医药管理局确定为第一批中医药传承博士后合作导师。王师从医60载,勤求古训、博采众长,宗"胃不和则卧不安"之经典理论,从脾胃着手,辨证失眠,屡获佳效,现将老师从脾胃着手治疗失眠经验整理如下,以供同道参考。

| Abstract: | WANG Zili, director of the physician, is the national famous old Chinese medicine, enjoys special government al- lowances of the state council, for five consecutive batch job guidance teacher, was hired as the old Chinese medicine hospital chief director of TCM doctor in Gansu province, Gansu college of traditional Chinese medicine supervisor of postgraduate. In 2013 by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine, he was as the first batch of inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine postdoctoral mentor. For 60 years, stomach disturbed sleep theory and treatment from spleen and stomach have obtained better effect. |
