针灸配合拔罐治疗腰三横突综合征45例

目的:观察针灸配合拔罐治疗腰三横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:将90例腰三横突综合征患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各45例。治疗组采用针灸配合拔罐治疗,对照组采用常规针刺配合拔罐治疗,两组均隔日治疗1次,共治疗15次。结果:15次治疗后治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合拔罐治疗腰三横突综合征疗效好,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion plus Cupping for Treating 45 Patients with Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of using acupuncture and moxibustion plus cupping for treating third lum- bar transverse process syndrome. Methods ：90 patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomized into cura- tive group （45 cases） and contrastive group （45 cases）. The curative group was treated by acupuncture and moxibustion plus cupping,and the contrastive group was by acupuncture plus cupping. Both groups were treated eve~~ other day, 15 times as a course. Two groups were compared with each other in clinical efficacy after 15 times treatment. Results：The curative group was su- perior to the contrastive group in clinical effect after 15 times treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture and moxibastion plus capping is an effective approach for treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome.
